BYT Summer Term kick off with a trip to the Globe Theatre to see Romeo and Juliet and now the members are looking forward to Spoken Word Masterclass that we have planned – exciting times!

BYT Workshop Rehearsals

BYT members having been having an amazing time rehearsing and explore their scripts in the Friday night Acting Workshops

and are looking forward to showing their stuff at the end of term sharing on the 9 December

Brixton Youth Theatre Performing at Lambeth Young Voices

In May BYT  had a fantastic night performing at the Brixton Library as part of Lambeth Young Voices.  BYT member Lewis Farrent’s play, ‘Coming Out’, was performed by a cast of professional actors and several members performed their spoken word pieces which had been developed in the Spoken Word masterclasses ran by Elliott Daley.LYV-Page-Web
