BYT – Spring HAF Project.

BYT’s Holiday Activity and Food Project is back for another exciting mix of drama and Preforming Arts, running over the Easter holidays.

This spring, Brixton Youth Theatre will be running a week of amazing fun, with our Holiday Activities and Food drama/performing arts project, for children and young people based in and around Brixton.

Young people will be provided with a healthy lunch which will help them explore their health and well-being in a safe and fun supportive environment.

Project Dates:

11am – 3pm

Monday 14 April to Friday 18 April

St Vincents Brixton – Talma Road, Brixton London SW2 1AS

The project will enable participants to explore their health and well-being in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

We will provide a popular mix of fantastic fun-filled drama/ performing arts activities, including; acting, improvisation, devising theatre, film, Tai Chi, script work, music, dancing, and drawing/crafts.

Through the project, we aim to get children and young people to

  • Eat more healthily and be more active over the school summer holidays
  • Develop resilience, character, and well-being by engaging in enriching activities
  • Be safe and not be socially isolated, make new friends, and develop positive relationships
  • Give them greater knowledge of health and nutrition
